Pacific Point Condominiums

Pacific Point Condominiums are located at 5001-5017 Palmetto Ave in Pacifica, CA. The complex has 8 buildings that house a total 98 units. The complex was completed in 1973.

Pacific Point Condos were built so that all families would enjoy the majesty and temper of the Pacific Ocean. There are plenty of places where one can look and admire the beauty of our surroundings.

April 2009

  • Planning is underway for our annual complex-wide clean-up, which is scheduled for Saturday, May 16th. Last year was well received and many residents ridden themselves of unwanted debris, trash and junk.
  • In mid April, the Landscape Committee and our landscape contractor toured the complex and made a wish list of possible improvements.

March 2009

  • Comcast representative Robert Owens came out to our March 16th HOA Meeting to answer any questions you might have had with respect service, untimely interruptions in service, cable vs. satellite service options, and the advantages/disadvantages of our bulk rate contract.

February 2009

  • One of our Board members has had to step down. So now there are TWO vacancies on our Board of Directors. Volunteers would be greatly appreciated.
  • We have received positive feedback from homeowners with respect to Lasaga Landscaping's services thus far. We have also had them remove accumulated pine needles from some garage roofs, which will help prevent water damage.
