Pacific Point Condominiums

Pacific Point Condominiums are located at 5001-5017 Palmetto Ave in Pacifica, CA. The complex has 8 buildings that house a total 98 units. The complex was completed in 1973.

Pacific Point Condos were built so that all families would enjoy the majesty and temper of the Pacific Ocean. There are plenty of places where one can look and admire the beauty of our surroundings.

October 2009

September 2009

  • Our annual meeting went well, although once again we had to canvas the complex to find enough people to make quorum. Kathy Devoy and Helen Karr have been elected to the board. We thank them greatly for helping keep our community running.

August 2009

  • Earlier in August, there were several issues noted around the parking situation; namely, that people were occupying spaces without parking permits. We only have 1.6 spaces available per unit -- and that's *including* the garages. The board decided to take up the issue by reconsidering our parking rules and permit program to attempt to make it easier to both monitor the lot and enforce the rules.
  • The backlog of meeting minutes for 2009 have finally been posted.
