Miscellaneous Rules

Effective: December 15, 2001

1. No resident of the project shall post any signs, advertisement or posters of any kind in or on the project, except a sign 12" x 18" advertising the unit for sale. The sign must be placed in the window, but may not be affixed to or placed upon the exterior walls or roof or any part thereof.
2. No unit shall be used in such a manner as to obstruct or interfere with the enjoyment by residents of other units or annoy them by unreasonable noises or otherwise, nor shall any nuisance or immoral or illegal activity be committed or permitted to occur. No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on.
3. No exterior clothesline shall be erected or maintained, and there shall be no drying or laundering of clothes on balconies, patios, porches or other areas.
4. Pets are allowed but may not be kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose.
5. All pet ordinances of the City of Pacific, County of San Mateo and State of California in effect shall be followed, including but not limited to leash laws and pooper-scooper ordinances.
6. No repairing or restoring of cars, trucks, motorcycles, or boats shall be allowed in the common area with the exception of the space within the covered garage space reserved for each unit.
7. No radio antennas are permitted.
8. For all units above the first floor it shall be compulsory to have all floor areas padded and carpeted, with the exception of bathrooms and kitchens.
