* Parking Permit Misuse Includes:
- A parking permit being given to another owner/renter to park a vehicle of another owner/renter. Both parties are subject to a violation being added to their 12 month violation count plus a fine.
- A vehicle parked with a permit that has been replaced by another permit being issued. Offending party is subject to a violation being added to their 12 month violation count plus a fine.
