Remodeling Your Unit

Residents who wish to remodel their units should review the Architectural Application Guidelines and submit an Architectural Application to the Manor Association. Regarding workmen working hours and noise, we follow the rules of the city of Pacifica except we do not allow any noise generating contract work on Sundays.
