March 2026 Newsletter

Message from the Board

Welcome to the first edition of the updated Community Newsletter!

A long time in the making, this newsletter is intended to keep you, the residents of Pacific Point Condominiums, up-to-date on matters important to the Community. From current Board meeting minutes to resident reminders, upcoming events, and helpful hints – we aim to cover it all.

We are also looking for volunteers to help with this Newsletter and to update the content on our webpage. If you are interested, please email: cclarkco019@gmail.com

Meanwhile, enjoy this first mini edition, and let us know what you would like to see included in future editions.

The Board has been working diligently on revising and updating the CC&Rs, the By-Laws and the Rules and Regulations. Something that has not been done in decades and very time consuming. The work is nearing completion, and you will be hearing more about that as soon as our attorney and the Board agree on the final versions.

Regards,
The HOA Board 2026

P.S. Manor, on behalf of the Board, has compiled an informative
two-pager regarding Owners’ inquiries about Association Monthly Assessments 2026. Please take a moment and read through this addition to the Newsletter.

Did you know?

While the exteriors of the garages are the responsibility of the HOA, the garage door tracks and mechanics are the responsibility of each owner.

In order to keep your garage door operating in good condition, it is recommended that the moving parts, springs, and tracks be maintained 2-3 times a year using a white lithium grease or silicone lubricant – no WD-40 here!

Doing this will help prevent unwanted repair bills.
