Hello to all Owners and Residents at Pacific Point Condominiums!

This newsletter is going to be very informative regarding:
*Upcoming membership vote for the Restated CC&R/Bylaws –
The History: Why the CC&Rs need Restating
The Present: Why your Board has been working so hard
The Future: What’s coming soon to your mailbox

Additionally:
*An URGENT Call to Action for needed 1st Mortgagee/Lender name, address/mailing information from all Owners. An eblast has been sent to all owners and paper forms were taped to all condominium doors. Deadline is Tuesday June 9, 2026.

We’re looking for a 100% return rate! Thanks to all who have already responded so quickly – much appreciated.

Attached to this Newsletter is a two-page compilation of facts and a recap that the Board wants you to read in advance of the coming vote.

Call for Volunteers

Many thanks to those who have volunteered lately.  We now have a new Design and Standards Committee (yogadawn@yahoo.com for info) and folks willing to help with updating our website and assisting with the newsletter.
